Safety always comes first with the O1, as with all SCHUBERTH products. The helmet shell consists of a glass fibre matrix and is produced by SCHUBERTH with the self-developed Direct Fibre Processing (DFP). Thanks to a multi-part construction of the inner shell, the helmet can absorb more force and ensures a high level of safety.

At the same time, the O1 offers the driver maximum wearing comfort. Despite its high resilience, the helmet is very light. The smallest helmet shell size weighs just 1.1 kg. Seamless, ergonomically-shaped padding elements ensure good head ventilation and a perfect fit. Especially practical for drivers - the Öko-Tex 100 certified inner pads can be removed and washed.
