We ship Monday through to Friday, we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days whenever possible
In some instances your request to order may be declined where a prompt freight service cannot be offered. Any payments made will be refunded in full if your order cannot be fulfilled.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.
What if my order is lost in the post?
We do not take any responsibility for orders that are lost during transit. We use courier services like Fastway and Courier Please to deliver your online orders to you and even though we get offered parcel insurance of upto $1000 we do not take any responsibility for your order if it's lost in transit because once an order is dispatched and sent we have no control over it. Please be advised you agree to our terms and conditions of trade when you place an order with us.
What if my return is lost in the post?
We do not take any responsibility for returns that are lost during transit. For that reason, we highly recommend that you use a registered post option with a tracking service so you can keep an eye on your package at all times if you are returning an item via mail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE NOT HOME?
Regardless of which postage option you choose, if you are not home at the time of delivery, then your package will normally be left in a safe place (eg. your letterbox, behind a gate, etc). If a safe place cannot be found then a card will be left for you to collect at the depot or post office. Please note that if the item is left in a safe place and it is then stolen from your property or goes missing, we cannot be held responsible for that. We therefore highly recommend that you always use an address where you know someone will be present (eg. work address).
Please be advised if you Authorize your parcel to be left at your delivery address your parcel insurance will no longer be valid you will be responsible for your delivery once you enable AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.
