Card Payments Explained

for ALL card payments processed online we would require a screenshot of the OUR transaction only to be supplied to us via email. You will be notified about this. 

here is what our email to you would look like -

Dear Customer (Your Name),

thank you for your order, Before dispatch we have a verification procedure for all card orders which requires customers to send us a screenshot of the transaction (you can crop the photo we just want to see our transaction) that appears on your bank statement showing our transaction of $ (your order amount) we charged you please send that to us by replying to this email.

We will send you tracking details after we get a response from you.
