Introducing the newest RS-12 full system from Yoshimura R&D of America for the 2022.5 KTM SX-F Factory Edition/2023 SX-F250 and 2022.5 Husqvarna Rockstar Edition FC250/2023 FC250.
The Austrian 250 engine, which powers the KTM and Husqvarna models, is a brand-new platform for the 2022.5 FE/Rockstar and 2023 machines. Yoshimura's R&D engineers focused on optimizing the new powerplant to ensure power is carried smoothly throughout the entire range. The result is the RS-12, which offers a significantly wider power curve, increasing max horsepower by 2.7% and max torque by 2.6%.
This system, along with the newly introduced exhaust for the Austrian 450 models, is the first Yoshimura production motocross exhaust to feature a resonator on both the header and muffler. The inclusion of the new header resonator enhances bottom-end and midrange power, not only increasing the overall power of the Austrian bikes but also providing additional overrev for a smoother, more powerful ride.

Machined joints provide a superior and exacting fit for joints by better securing the seal between two surfaces with a perfect 360 degree contact surface which translates into improved system life, fit and performance.
- Works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with industry leading design and innovation end cap detailing as expected from Yoshimura.
- Carbon end cap covers inner cap mounted design improves durability, and eases servicing as compared to other sandwich mounting designs most commonly found in the industry.
- New patent pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring makes it easy to install and remove sound inserts and spark arresters.
- Tapered muffler body inlet design of RS-12 enables the system to be pushed forward thus helping with weight centralization without sacrificing performance.
