The 2022 Hayabusa systems have finally been completed! While, still on pre-production (meaning it can take 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.) The system features Toce's signature Razor Tip Lightweight Aluminum Exhaust assembly, oversized downpipes, refined and high flowing collector assemblies, and dual M18 Wideband Oxygen Sensor (o2 sensor) ports for the factory O2's or dual wideband tuning. We couldn't be more excited to get these systems out of pre-production and available to all the customers asking about them. We're hoping to have these ready in the coming weeks for ordering. The system boasts 7.9hp and 4tq across 3 runs with a significant decrease in weight, and a single-sided, tucked, gp moto styled design. Getting rid of the bulky factory canisters and streamline the look of the new model, while providing a nice growl and throaty sounding exhaust system across the entire RPM range.
Constructed of Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum and loaded with a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly + ISW Packing. The Razor exhaust system from Toce Performance is one of the company's best sellers. The Razor, made right here in Manchester, Connecticut USA, is hand-welded; comprised of all in-house designed and machined CNC components. Put in place by a precision mandrel bent stainless steel header assembly, and when paired with our ECU Flashing service + MWR Filter Combo, completely opens the bike up to its true potential while standing out from any other setup on the market.
