The Baja 1000 is a Mexican off-road motorsport race held every year on the Baja California Peninsula.
It was very popular throughout the ’60s and ’70s with pro riders like Malcolm Smith, who won the race three times on a motorcycle. The Fuel “Baja” jersey pays homage to those men – and to a race that became an integral part of motorcycle history.
